Terms and Conditions

1. If we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location, you will be charged for the full cost of hire as per a short notice cancellation.
2. If your booked castle is not suitable for your intended use you will be charged the full amount and no refunds will be given.

Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Outdoor Venues

The following is for the safety of users:

For outdoor hires the delivery team MUST be able to secure the inflatable at EVERY anchor point into a grassed LEVEL area.

It may be possible for the team to straddle some garden paths but please check before booking, we may need a protective cover.

Access for entry must be accessible and clear, gateways must be wide enough to accommodate the units this will allow the team to deliver and set up your unit without causing any damage to your property or themselves or our equipment. If unable to gain entry easily your booking will be cancelled and you will still be charged. Please check the size of unit before booking.

NONE acceptable surfaces for us to place an inflatable:

Concrete, Tarmac, Gravel, Mud, Loose earth, Decking, Patio, Slabs, Astro Turf.

Areas with Brambles, roses or other sharp objects will have to be removed prior to the delivery as these will damage the inflatable any sites that have not been cleared you will be charged the hire rate for the day and the castle will not be setup.

Users must remove footwear, glasses, badges or any sharp objects before entering the inflatable and no one is to be allowed to climb the walls or to bounce on the front step at anytime.

No children with face paints are to be allowed on the unit and no streamers, confetti, silly string, no bar-b-ques or smoking to be used on or near to the inflatable at anytime.

Indoor Venues

Adequate space is required for the inflatables and products, please see the details on the items description page.

Mats and sand bags are used in halls, this forms part of the indoor safety requirements you will be given instructions on the safe use in halls on the day.

All of the above forms part of our insurance cover and IS NOT negotiable.
